# Smoothly End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is between you and the Smoothly software author ("Licensor") for the Smoothly application ("Software").

## 1. License grant

Upon purchasing a valid license key, you receive a **non exclusive, non transferable** license to install and use the Software on computers you own or control for personal or commercial use.

## 2. Trial

The Software includes a **14 day trial** with full functionality. After the trial, smooth scrolling is disabled until you enter a valid license key.

## 3. Restrictions

You may **not**:

- Share, resell, or publish license keys
- Reverse engineer the Software except where law expressly permits
- Remove or alter copyright or license notices
- Use the Software to develop a directly competing smooth scroll product

## 4. Updates

Updates may be delivered via the public Smoothly website. Licensor is not obligated to provide updates but may do so at their discretion.

## 5. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

## 6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

## 7. Termination

This license ends if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

## 8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Licensor's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
